Our journey started with my brother, Eugene, and me, the two FATBOYS passionate about BBQ. We’d hit the road in matching T-shirts and New Balance sneakers, sharing delicious southern comfort food. In October 2013, we discovered a food truck in New Jersey and, after some hard work, turned it into our catering business. For seven amazing years, we brought our love for BBQ to everyone around us.
Tragically, I lost Eugene on February 2, 2020, just before the Super Bowl, but I’m determined to keep our dream alive. With support from my cousin’s family, who have been raising pigs in Manorville, New York, for over 100 years, I’m dedicated to continuing our legacy.
